eXybit Technologies Turns One!
eXybit Technologies turns one year old today! To celebrate, we're beginning the roll out of brand-new logos for most eXybit products and services, along with the launch of an entirely new platform, the eXybit Software Center.
I’ve always known what I wanted to do, but my ideas came at different times and in different forms. The result was a mix of projects scattered across multiple websites and side ventures. In January 2025, I decided to shut everything down and rebuild from the ground up. I scrapped what no longer fit, refined what was worth keeping, and brought it all together under one unified banner: eXybit Technologies.
Over the past year, eXybit Technologies has welcomed tens of thousands of new users to our products and services. We’ve launched new platforms, expanded the reach and capabilities of RefreshOS, and continued to evolve what it can do. Not long after our launch, we also acquired Absolute Linux, a Slackware-based distribution that’s been around since 2007. We’re currently reimagining it into a modern, lightweight, fully pre-configured Slackware system.
There’s much more ahead - including RefreshOS 3, arriving in just a couple of months, complete with a new logo and major improvements.
To everyone who has supported not just my company, projects, and services, but also me personally, thank you. Your encouragement, belief, and recognition of the heart behind this work mean everything.
It’s been a solid first year, and this is only the beginning. Stay connected with everything happening at eXybit Technologies by subscribing to our email list, and as always… Happy Venturing! 😎
